Nonnz ("we", "our", "the platform") helps business owners run their marketing with an AI team. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control or delete it.
Nonnz is operated by Ubique Digitals. For any privacy request, contact anu@ubiquedigitals.com.
When you sign up and use Nonnz, we collect: your name and email (via sign-in), the business details you provide (your "Marketing DNA" — product, audience, goals, budget), and the content the team produces for you.
If you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, we access only the data needed to do your marketing — your professional profile, posts, followers and insights (reach, engagement) — through Meta's official APIs, and only with your explicit permission. We use this data solely to analyse your account, produce content, and (with your approval) manage campaigns. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
To operate the platform, generate marketing work tailored to your business, analyse your performance, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely with industry-standard providers (Supabase/Postgres, Vercel) and protected with access controls. Connection tokens are stored server-side only.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing anu@ubiquedigitals.com with the subject "Delete my data". You can also disconnect any linked Meta/Instagram account from inside the app at any time, which revokes our access immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw any connected-account permission at any time.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
